Know Before You Go

Before coming to Leap Years there are a few things we would like all customers to know. Please read through our rules and the most frequently asked questions we get

Rules

Grip Socks

We require all children to wear grip socks. That means the socks need to have sticky grip on the sole. We do sell them in store.  We also require all adults accompanying children into the playground to wear standard socks as well.

Booking Restrictions

Guests can book and purchase up to 2 consecutive hours of play time. We have limited capacity and reserve the right to turn away walk-ins. We highly recommend reservations!

We do not accommodate birthday parties during regular business hours. All parties are hosted after hours.

Age Limit

Leap Years has been purpose built for children ages 0-5 years old. We only allow children in this age range to play in the play area. Older children are welcome to relax in the lounge. 

Adult Supervision

All children are to be supervised by a guardian at all times. It is not required to be in the play area with them, but guardians must always know where their child is and ensure they are playing safely. We only allow 1 adult per child in the play area.

Play Safely

To ensure that everyone is comfortable and secure, we ask that all children keep their hands to themselves. If you notice a child that is playing to rough with others, please let our front desk know and we can ensure that the guardians intervene.

FAQ's

  • Do you allow outside food?
    You are welcome to bring outside drinks and snacks. We do not allow food or drinks of any kind in the playground area. We also ask that you do not bring messy or pungent meals to eat in our lounge.
  • Can I bring my whole family/Do you charge for Adults?
    Due to size building size restrictions, we ask you to please be mindful of the number of adults you bring, but there is no limit. We allow one adult per child in the playground area to avoid over crowding, unless given permission from the staff on duty. We also ask that you reserve space for each adult when booking online so that we can make sure our capacity is correct. Every booking is allowed up to 2 free adults. Any additional adults are charged $5 for entry. We may deny entry to adults not accounted for on your booking to comply with capacity requirements.
  • What are the benefits of membership?
    While memberships include Open-Play, they also give you access to discounted seasonal events and birthday parties. Additionally, all members receive 10% off any drinks, snacks, toys, merchandise, and events.
  • What is your cleaning procedure?
    Our facility is cleaned nightly and throughout the day with non-toxic disinfectants. We have a professional cleaning crew deep clean twice a week as well to make sure everything stays pristine. Our ball pit is completely cleaned and disinfected with a ball sanitizing machine bi-weekly. We clean for you kids the way we clean for our own!
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open every day of the week from 8am-5pm. However, we observe major holidays.
  • Do you have suitable bathrooms for children?
    Each bathroom contains a changing table, a diaper pail, and a stool for washing hands. We do not have toddler toilet seats for sanitary reasons, but you are welcome to bring your own.
